- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Receptionist was extremely very VERY rude after they did not schedule me for a time sensitive infusion. It was their fault, and they do not call back ever for lab results so the patient has to call THEM to find out if something is wrong. Also, my appointment was scheduled for months and they call several days beforehand to make me reschedule my appointment and the next available one was for a month later. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer care and concern. They will never return your calls and you will feel like a number instead of a patient at this facility. Go see a better physicianNovember 25, 2016by Anonymous
