- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just received a call from a collector stating I never paid my bill with this office. The amount due was in reference to the free annual checkups for my twins ( which are free). Basically the back office failed to submit, or submitted their work incorrectly. I never received a statement, or bill. The best part, even after paying it, this event is still apart of my credit history. Lovely. The Dr's may be good but their back office staff sucks!. That incompetence is a direct correlation to how these physicians run this organization. Beware consumers and shame on you POA.August 20, 2017by patrick dowdy
