  Took extremely good care of me and my dog Princess. She needed ACL surgery a few years ago and they were highly recommended. They did great. Then she got sick with a virus of some kind and deteriorated. They encouraged me to keep her but finally we had to put her down. They sent me a card about her being in doggy heaven. I have it framed. They are fantastic about the whole process and I was there at midnight with on many occasion.

  The only reason I came to Rascal for many years because of the price. But today is the end of using this clinic/ hospital/ unit. One of my dogs had a surgery for removing what they call a mass and sending for testing in October, 2017. On the discharge day I am going there to pick him up. The second they brought him to me I got almost heart attack. They cut him in completely different place/ spot. And, I asked why they cut him there? It is not the place where they should cut. All I got was SORRY. I agreed to pay for a surgery but I did not agree to pay for my dog's suffering and pain. No antibiotic prescribed except 2 pills for the pain. But our suffering did not end in 2 days. My dog got infection and I took him back. They prescribed antibiotic plus more pain killer pills and 3 cold laser therapies. I paid for everything instead free of charge because they made a mistake.10 days after the surgery I took my dog at Rascal for removing the stitches. I believed they removed all stitches until 2 days ago when the groomer told me that my dog still has stitches. What are you calling this? With whoever I spoke about this the advise I got is take them to the court. And, probably I should do. I want to get a full refund including after the surgery therapies, medication, waiting time for about 3-4 hours. I WANT TO SAY - MY DOG IS NOT A GINNY PIG FOR AN EXPERIMENTS. My dogs are not patients there anymore effective immediately. I prefer to spend a little bit more for my dogs and they to have an experienced vet who knows what he/ she is doing. PLEASE THINK ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS AND DO NOT GO THERE.

  I was there for 2.5 hours which I expected in the first place because it's an animal hospital. One can easily spend the same amount of time at a regular vet office if they give you and your pet undivided attention. The front desk staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate and deal with all the moving parts that go with working the front of the house and the public. The vet tech and Dr. were friendly, thorough and genuinely cared about my kitty. I suggest getting there as soon as they open if you don't want to wait as long.
